1.Ā BeginĀ byĀ cuttingĀ outĀ theĀ sleepingĀ maskĀ patternĀ fromĀ yourĀ chosenĀ fabric.Ā

ItĀ isĀ recommendedĀ toĀ useĀ cottonĀ orĀ satinĀ forĀ aĀ comfortableĀ feel.Ā CutĀ twoĀ piecesĀ forĀ theĀ maskĀ bodyĀ andĀ oneĀ rectangularĀ pieceĀ measuringĀ 90Ā cmĀ byĀ 4Ā cm.Ā Also,Ā cutĀ aĀ pieceĀ ofĀ elasticĀ measuringĀ aroundĀ 35Ā toĀ 40Ā cm,Ā ensuringĀ itĀ comfortablyĀ fitsĀ aroundĀ yourĀ head.Ā Lastly,Ā cutĀ aĀ pieceĀ ofĀ waddingĀ slightlyĀ

smallerĀ thanĀ theĀ actualĀ pattern.

2.Ā TakeĀ theĀ rectangularĀ pieceĀ ofĀ fabricĀ andĀ foldĀ itĀ inĀ halfĀ withĀ theĀ rightĀ sidesĀ

together.Ā SewĀ alongĀ theĀ longerĀ sideĀ usingĀ aĀ straightĀ stitch,Ā leavingĀ theĀ topĀ andĀ bottomĀ open.Ā UseĀ aĀ safetyĀ pinĀ toĀ turnĀ itĀ insideĀ outĀ andĀ insertĀ theĀ elasticĀ intoĀ theĀ tube.Ā

SecureĀ bothĀ endsĀ ofĀ theĀ elasticĀ withĀ safetyĀ pinsĀ andĀ setĀ itĀ asideĀ forĀ later.

3.Ā PlaceĀ theĀ twoĀ mainĀ fabricĀ piecesĀ togetherĀ withĀ theĀ rightĀ sidesĀ

facingĀ eachĀ other.Ā SandwichĀ theĀ scrunchie-likeĀ elasticĀ pieceĀ inĀ theĀ middle,Ā ensuringĀ bothĀ endsĀ ofĀ theĀ elasticĀ areĀ onĀ theĀ outside.Ā

ProĀ tip:Ā MeasureĀ theĀ middleĀ partsĀ beforeĀ pinningĀ toĀ avoidĀ aĀ crookedĀ placement.Ā

SewĀ aroundĀ theĀ sidesĀ usingĀ aĀ straightĀ stitch,Ā leavingĀ aĀ 5Ā cmĀ gapĀ onĀ theĀ top.

4.Ā CarefullyĀ turnĀ theĀ sleepingĀ maskĀ insideĀ out.Ā InsertĀ theĀ waddingĀ insideĀ theĀ mask,Ā

ensuringĀ itĀ fitsĀ snugly.Ā TuckĀ theĀ openĀ edgesĀ ofĀ theĀ gapĀ insideĀ theĀ maskĀ andĀ sewĀ aroundĀ theĀ edgesĀ usingĀ aĀ straightĀ stitchĀ toĀ secureĀ everythingĀ inĀ place.

5.Ā Congratulations!Ā YouĀ haveĀ successfullyĀ sewnĀ yourĀ ownĀ sleepingĀ mask.Ā

EnjoyĀ aĀ restfulĀ beautyĀ sleepĀ withĀ yourĀ personalizedĀ creation.
