Shipping Policy for Es Zorro Art

At Es Zorro Art, we specialize in unique handmade products, including taxidermy items, soap, wellness products, candles, home decor, crystals, and clothing, with a focus on witchcraft. We offer standard worldwide shipping, with shipping costs calculated at checkout based on your location. We strive to process and ship your order within 2 to 7 business days. While we take great care in packaging fragile items such as taxidermy butterflies, we offer two options in case of damage during shipping: a full refund or a replacement item (this does not apply to unique items like butterflies, but does apply to the same type of item, such as soap). Please note that we do not offer free shipping.
